AMAZON BUSH HALL GIG:
Mark will be performing at The Bush Hall in Shepherd's Bush London on September the 23rd. This is a private performance with no public sale of tickets. You can only obtain tickets for this event by pre-ordering Get Lucky from Amazon UK and being a UK resident. No tickets will be issued for this event and access to the venue will only be possible if your name is on the guestlist for the evening as a competition winner from Amazon. Please note that entry to the event is only guaranteed with both the appropriate confirmation from Amazon and valid photo ID. Please see below for terms and conditions.
Eligibility:
Entrants are not required to be customers of Amazon.co.uk to enter. No purchase is necessary. The prize-draw is open to entrants who are resident in the United Kingdom except employees of Amazon EU Sàrl ("Amazon.co.uk") and other representatives of their affiliates, and advisors and their immediate family members. Entry implies acceptance of the rules. Amazon.co.uk can accept only those entries that are completed and submitted in the format designated below. Entrants must be 18 years or over.

There will be 100 (one hundred) winners, each winning a Prize. Each Prize consists of entrance for a winner and a guest to the Mark Knopfler gig at Bush Hall, Shepherds Bush, London on Wednesday, 23rd September 2009. No physical tickets will be issued. The name of each winner will be held on the door of the venue on the night of the gig. Entrant and guest must be 18 years or over. Photo ID (e.g. passport or driving license) may be required on entry. The Prizes do not include transport to or from the gig, accommodation or any expenses incurred by the winners and guests. The Prizes carry no cash value and are non-transferable.Prize-draw Period:
The prize-draw will commence at 00:01 BST on Wednesday, August 13th and close at 23.59 BST on Tuesday, September 15th, 2009 ("Prize-Draw Period").Entries:
To enter the prize-draw the entrant must submit their name, e-mail address, mailing address and phone number using the form above within the prize-draw period. Once you have done this you will automatically be entered into the prize-draw. All entries are deemed to be entered into the prize-draw on the day of receipt by Amazon.co.uk. In the event of any dispute, all submitted electronic entries would be deemed to have been submitted by the owner of the e-mail account from which they were sent. All entries, and materials submitted to Amazon.co.uk in connection with the prize-draw (collectively, "Entry Materials"), along with all associated copyright and other proprietary rights, become the property of Amazon.co.uk upon submission, and Entry Materials will not be returned to any entrant. Duplicate entries, copies and other mechanical reproduction of entries are not permitted. Proof of electronic submission will not be accepted as proof of receipt. Amazon.co.uk may immediately terminate any account that it determines, in its sole discretion is transmitting or is otherwise connected with any "spam" or other unsolicited bulk e-mail. Incomplete entries will not be accepted as valid. Entries that are completed or entered by means not in compliance with these rules will be disqualified and the Entrant will not be eligible for future participation in prize-draws at Amazon.co.uk.
Amazon.co.uk will not be responsible or liable for: (a) any failure to receive entries due to transmission failures and other conditions beyond its reasonable control; (b) any late, lost, misrouted, garbled or distorted or damaged transmissions or entries (c) telephone, electronic, hardware, software, network, Internet or other computer or communications related malfunctions or failures; (d) any contest disruptions, injuries, losses or damages caused by events beyond the control of Amazon.co.uk; or (e) any printing or typographical errors in any materials associated with the prize-draw.Winners Selection:
The prize winners shall be selected randomly by "Amazon.co.uk" after the Prize-Draw Period. The winners will be notified by phone or email within one (1) day of being selected. The prize winners will have two (2) days from notification to respond to Amazon.co.uk. If a selected winner is unreachable or ineligible, or fails to claim the prizes, the winner will forfeit his or her prizes and they will be awarded to a substitute winner. Prizes are not transferable, and no substitutions (including cash) will be given, except that Amazon.co.uk may substitute a prize or prizes of equal or greater value for any prize.
